By submitting a worksheet using this Worksheet Station online submission form, I understand that:

1) All worksheets, ideas, clipart, or media files (hereafter collectively referred to as "Submissions") submitted 
here, become the property of Tool Factory, Inc.

2) Tool Factory, Inc. will review the Submissions, and post them publicly on www.worksheetstation.com after a review 
and editing review.  Tool Factory reserves the right to refuse any Submissions, at its discretion, for any reason. 

3) I am granting Tool Factory the worldwide rights to:

- Display my Submissions publicly on the internet.

- Use my Submissions in any promotional and press opportunities.

- Publish or re-distribute my Submissions royalty-free in any product, advertisement, or publication in any format.

4) My Submissions may contain any media files taken from Clip Art Station, posted at www.clipartstation.com . Tool 
Factory, Inc. holds the full legal responsibility for upholding and maintaining the copyrights for media taken from 
Clip Art Station. 

5) Except for media taken from Clip Art Station, I hereby certify that I own the copyrights to any media files 
contained in my Submissions including, but not limited to any or all of the following: drawn images, photographic 
images, video files, sound files, or any other unnamed media or file type, and I accept full legal responsibility for 
upholding and defending copyrights for media which did not originate from Clip Art Station. 

6) I will receive "Author's Credits" for my Submissions if I fill out the optional contact information fields below.

7) If my Submissions include a picture of a person, then a release form must accompany the Submissions.  Release 
forms may be faxed to 802-375-6860, or mailed to Tool Factory, 3336 Sunderland Hill Road, Sunderland, VT 05250.

8) Submissions which include images of people, without a release form for every person whose face is shown, will not 
be posted on the internet.
