User Licensing Agreement - Unlimited Single Building License
All
subscribers agree to the following terms:
1. This "Unlimited Single
Building License" entitles all staff and students within a single building, to
unlimited educational usage of any item downloaded from http://www.worksheetstation.com
(Content). Content may be downloaded by teachers and students within the
licensed building, as well as at home. Allowable usage
includes:

Integration of Content
into any educational activity that takes place within the licensed building, or
is enacted by its students or staff to forward the educational mission of the
school.

Copying Content for
educational purposes and distributing Content to students and/or staff of the
licensed building.

Downloading Content by
educators and students at home, in preparation for class.

Usage of Content by
students, in class projects.
2.
Subscribers may not sell, take ideas from, or redistribute Content in any
product such as a book, fee-for-service website, or public forum of any kind,
without prior written permission from Tool Factory, Inc. In addition, Content
downloaded from this site, may not be posted on the internet. This constitutes a
copyright violation. Written permission can be requested from info@toolfactory.com.
3. All
Content is hereby held under this copyright notice: ©2005 Tool Factory, Inc.,
and its licensors. All rights reserved.
4. Tool Factory, Inc. grants the
subscriber a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use, display, and modify
the Content according to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
5.
Downloading Content does not transfer the copyright or intellectual property
rights to the subscriber.
6. Subscriber may not use any Content in
pornographic or immoral materials.
7. Tool Factory, Inc. does not
warrant that the Content will be free from errors, viruses, or other damaging
elements. Subscribers assume the cost of service or repair to any computers,
other hardware and software arising from the use of Content.
8. Under no
circumstances will Tool Factory, Inc. its staff, officers, affiliates, or
distributors be liable for any incidental, economic, indirect, or consequential
damages arising out of the use or inability to use the subscription, even if
Tool Factory, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Subscriber agrees that Tool Factory, Inc.'s total liability to
subscriber will never exceed the price paid by that subscriber for the
subscription.
10. Any dispute will be litigated in the courts of the
State of Vermont.
11. SUBSCRIBERS MAY NOT SELL, SUBLICENSE,
OR DISTRIBUTE IN ANY WAY, ANY CONTENT DOWNLOADED FROM THIS SITE.
12.
Subscribers may NOT Use programmatic means to download Content such as web
crawlers or spiders.
13. Tool Factory, Inc. reserves the right to
monitor subscriber usage patterns, and will investigate excessive usage patterns
which may indicate potential EULA violations or redistribution of account
logins. As a result, Tool Factory reserves the right to limit downloads to a
fixed number for any given time period.
14. Tool Factory reserves the
right to terminate subscriber's account without notice.
15. If
subscriber's account is terminated for any violation, subscriber must cease
using any Content downloaded from the site, and retroactively remove Content
from any computers, servers, publicly posted websites, or published works. All
subscriber fees are forfeit.
